In collaboration with Rimowa's in-house designers and Harrods approved contractors/consultants, Noroson PM have managed the design, approval, procurement and construction of the expansion to Rimowa's flagship store at Harrods in Knightsbridge, London.
We worked closely with the client design and sales team to design and implement a significant increase in sales area by utilising an entirely new layout within Rimowa's brand requirements and Harrods technical and retail criteria. Noroson PM Managed the tender process and construction phasing in collaboration with the client team and approved contractors to minimise down-time while implementing the approved scheme.

We co-designed, procured and managed the build of this modern, bright and spacious extension to a terraced house in Winchmore Hill.
Built in the 1930s and extended in the early 90s, this property was in desperate need of a reset to meet the needs of the new occupants.
We obtained planning permission to add 40 sqm to the ground floor and designed an open-plan, modern concept to take advantage of the large garden and the orientation of the house.
The new aluminium sliding doors and large skylight let in plenty of daylight while the open-plan accommodates a kitchen, dining room, cinema room, office space and reception, all within a luxurious and comfortable ground floor.
We have procured and are in the process of constructing this two-story residential extension in the heart of Tottenham.
Built between 1900 and 1929 and extended in the early 80s, this property was in desperate need of modernisation to meet the needs of our clients.
The site presented us with a number of challenges that we had to overcome before the commencement of the main build. These included proximity to neighbouring buildings, lack of access to the rear of the property, partial occupation, parking restrictions, outdated utility connections and a substantial retaining wall due to changes in levels.
Through the construction process, we worked closely with the clients, who are based in Asia, the Architect, the Structural Engineer and local contractors to procure and construct this bespoke project.
